I don't count myself one
If I try to give up, I end up all undone

Do, and have fun
But I'll keep on staring straight into the sun

For the one hope I need and the one hope I've lost
The hope I'll strive for, no matter the cost

EagleHow would it feel to fly high through the sky?
No worries and feeling lighter than a fly
Looking down on the world
Just waiting for the future to unfold

The eagle flies high and free
Over land and over sea
Not a thing on your mind
Being taken away by the wind

It flies gracefully through the sky
And all I can do is sigh
It leaves the world in peace
So why can't we leave the world in peace?

Don't just leave a better world for the humans
But for the other forms of life as well

Pursuit of HappinessI've been constantly wondering
Why my heart wasn't content
It kept sending me messages
But I never knew what they meant
So I set out on a search
I had to find the real me
And figure out exactly what it is I'm meant to be

And I had to take off, I just needed to go
No idea where my heart may roam
I just need to find a place that I can call home
Where I don't feel so impossibly alone

I ran down the street through the masses of people
Looking for my friend's house with a steeple
"He must know the secret to success,
All of his stuff is imported, and it's the absolute best."
As he opened the door, and I looked inside
Things were st

BULLIESYou called me names
And picked on my flaws
You judged me
And pushed me to breaking point
What gave you the right to do that?
What gave you the right to hurt me?
You threw off the blame
And hurt me even more
You judged me
And threw my mind out of joint
Who told you that you could do that?
Who told you that you could hurt me?

The worst thing of all
That you ever did to me
You made me judge myself
You had me second guessing everything I did
What gave you the right to do that?
What gave you the right to hurt me?
It was way back in school
But now you'll never see
How I still judge myself
Because of everything yo

Passion

Passion is like a flame,
It's never the same.

It will bring inspiration,
It can bring frustration.
Passion can make you create,
It can irritate.

It can destroy,
It can bring joy.
It can make you feel sad,
It can make you go mad.
It can make you smile,
It will make your time worthwhile.

Passion is what drives us,
It's what makes us work towards success.

The meaning of passion is up to yourself,
Just like my meaning is up to myself.
But remember that your passion helps you realize your dream,
And remember that even if you are working hard, you should ''carpe diem''.

StrengthStrength is not something you can measure,
True strength is a real treasure.
It isn't how much weight you can lift,
True strength is what you call a gift.

Strength is not about how much you can destroy,
It's about how you can make people feel joy.
It's about how much you can take,
And trust me what I'm telling you isn't fake.

If we wouldn't have the ability to endure,
We would be knocked out before we could act for sure.
Strength is the ability to handle the stuff life throws at you,
Trust me everybody will at one time feel quite blue.

People are sometimes weak and vulnerable,
We are just humans, we will never be invulnerable.

You remember I borrowed your pen once.
I can't find the memory,
but my hands remember taking it from yours.

You remember things I say when I don't expect you to,
and you always seem to bring them up
when we run out of things to talk about

Still you always forget where to meet me.

You memorize all kinds of taxonomy.
You gave me a kiss for my birthday
And the memory of when I said you smelled like

I was created to destroy
With many tools at my disposal

The Cruel RealityI used to love fairytales

In fairytales the good people always win
There's always a "happy ending"

The sad fact is
That rarely happens in reality
There is no pretty little bow to wrap around it and call it life
Most of the time, the good people choose not to shine
There's no "Once upon a time....they all lived happily ever after"
In real life, the world we live in
There are dying people
There's the homeless, the hungry, the forgotten
People bully each other for no reason at all
And sadly, the bully usually wins

Paper HeartsDelicate love, simple and pure,
Terrifyingly fragile, gripped by another,
Emptiness, anticipation,
Quivering white, paper thin,
Longing for the metal scratch,
And seeping black,
Marking and writing and scarring,
Words and actions, smiles and slaps,
All added, all listed,
A first, a last, seeping black,
Creeping, weeping, seeping black,
Staining swirls, another word,
Each strangers face, each desperate day,
Another story, fable, poem,
Recorded down, lightning fast,
Trapped, deep within a forever,

A pencil is a small thing
Irrelevant to most
But it can create anything

It can create images of a beautiful coast
It creates images that can change your life
It creates images that will withstand time

It creates words that make you feel alive
It creates words that can describe a crime
It tells a story of the past
While looking forward to the future

A pencil shows you a world which is quite vast
It can create images that are quite obscure
A pencil can defeat a sword
But it can also create a sword

So if you're ever down
And you are sitting in your room with a frown
Pick up a pencil
And let it guide you to a world
Beyond your wildest dreams

Hello, and I'm back again
I'm afraid that I didn't do the punctuation on this one either, so if anyone could point out how I can fix that (yeah my English skills are not so good so I don't know where to put a comma or where I need to end the sentence, I definatly don't know how to do that in a poem so if anyone could point out in a comment or a note where I need to end the sentence or a put a comma I will love you forever xD)

A pencil is a small thing, but it can create so much.
An artist can use a pencil to show us a world that we never could have imagined.
Anyone can use a pencil, anyone can create art.
Art is not just about image, it's about what it means to the creator and the people who view it, even the doodles of a 2 year old kid can be amazing, as long as it means something to the child itself.
If there is a person who loves your art and ten people who don't, than you shouldn't let those 10 people get to you. You should care about the one who does like it.
I came here to Deviantart not only to improve my art, but also to make some friends, and I must say those friends, are some of the best I ever had.
Sorry for the long history lesson xD

Oh yeah and next time I will try to come up with a more creative title cause these just seem to simple xD
